Waiting

Today my nephew Destry Ty will be born. They went to the hospital at 5:30 this morning to induce labor. I am soooo excited and I think John is even more excited than I am. John wants to buy Destry a rope, boots and some chaps. I will be headed that way tomorrow and I will post pictures ASAP!!!

Gran's Christmas in Clarendon

This picture is from last year at Gran's, but I had to add it b/c it is such a special picture. For those of you who don't know...it is my Mom, Gran, sister Dana, sister Lana and me.
This year at Gran's Christmas John fell asleep with Aunt Lana. He played so hard with all of his cousins. There are too many of them to even count.

My niece Stormi is teaching Whitley how to play poker!!!

My Dad, aka Big Mac, and Whitley trying to take a nap.
Gran's is a blast every year. Everyone makes it a point to make it to Gran's the Saturday before Christmas. A HUGE thank you goes out to Gran and Jerry for hosting the ever growing family at their house. I think there were around 45 of us this year. :)

The Christmas Play

Here is the picture of John's class at school after their play was over. John was Joseph. He has rehearsed his line for us, "Is there a room?", but when it came time to say it, he froze. The best part was when the Angel and Mary fought over who would hold Baby Jesus. Thank you God for these kids and these priceless memories!!!!
